Before real estate, he worked on Wall Street as a private equity investor at Global Infrastructure Partners and an investment banker at Morgan Stanley. He graduated with honors from Dartmouth College and holds a J.D. from Harvard Law School.

Senior Construction Manager
Aaron oversees all construction and renovation activity across the firm's portfolio. He was previously Director of Development at Gold Coast Premier Properties, leading development and entitlement for extended-stay hotel projects across the United States, following earlier project management and construction roles at hotel brands and general contractors.

Mac is a Senior Vice President in Asset Management at Starwood Capital Group, where he oversees performance and strategic execution across the firm's hotel and extended-stay portfolio. He previously held roles at RLJ Lodging Trust and Deloitte, and holds a B.A. from Middlebury College and an MBA from Columbia Business School.

Mauricio is Senior Vice President and Global Head of Sustainability at Starwood Capital Group, where he oversees ESG integration across corporate operations and investments. He leads Starwood's Firmwide ESG Steering Committee and serves on the UNPRI Real Estate Advisory Committee. He previously held roles at Goldman Sachs in investment banking and at CREXi as VP of Finance, and holds a B.A. from Georgetown University and an MBA from Harvard Business School.
