Co-Managing Partner
Prior to founding VANA Partners, he worked as a Vice President of New York Development at The Related Companies. Before his career in real estate, Dubi worked on Wall Street as a private equity investor at Global Infrastructure Partners and an investment banker at Morgan Stanley. Dubi graduated with honors from Dartmouth College and has a J.D. from Harvard Law School.

Prior to founding VANA Partners, he was Director of Development at Tricap Properties and a Development Associate at Tishman Speyer. Before his real estate career, Chuchu worked on Wall Street as a private equity investor at Tenex Capital Management and an investment banker at J.P. Morgan. He graduated from Dartmouth College and holds an MBA from Harvard Business School.

Mac Stormont is a Senior Vice President in Asset Management at Starwood Capital Group, where he focuses on the firm's hospitality portfolio. In this role, he is responsible for overseeing the performance and strategic execution of Starwood's hotel and extended-stay assets. Prior to Starwood, Mac held roles at RLJ Lodging Trust and Deloitte. He holds a B.A. from Middlebury College and an MBA from Columbia Business School.

Senior Construction Manager
Aaron Packard supports VANA Partners as Senior Construction Manager, overseeing all construction and renovation activities across the firm's portfolio. Prior to working with VANA, Aaron was Director of Development at Gold Coast Premier Properties, where he led development and entitlement functions for extended-stay hotel projects across the United States. He brings additional experience from earlier project management and construction roles held at hotel brands and general contractors.

Senior Advisor
Mauricio Serna serves as Senior Vice President and Global Head of Sustainability at Starwood Capital Group, where he oversees the integration of ESG initiatives across Starwood's corporate operations and investments. He is a member and lead coordinator of Starwood's Firmwide ESG Steering Committee and serves on the UNPRI's Real Estate Advisory Committee. Prior to Starwood, Mauricio held roles at Goldman Sachs in investment banking and at CREXi as VP of Finance. He holds a B.A. from Georgetown University and an MBA from Harvard Business School.
